Reverse cycle in bedrooms 1-6 and the1st floor rumpus room.
SWIMMING POOL
The swimming Pool is not heated, but the out door spa is heated and on all year round.
PARKING
There is no parking in the garage due to the Pool table and table tennis, there is room in front of the garage and also at the top of the block. There is not really any street parking.
The rear of the property is only 50 metres from The Wentworth falls Golf Course Hole number 15 or a 4 min drive to the Club house.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Please note the tariff is based on 6 guests. If you have more than 6 staying, please enter the correct number to get the correct tariff. Maximum 12 guests.
All long weekends are a minimum 3-night stay, all public holidays are charged at the weekend tariff and Easter is a minimum 4-night stay.
All beds will be made with quality linen before your arrival including doonas, pillows, bath towels, bath mats & hand towels. Tea towels are also provided for the kitchen.
Respect for our neighbours is paramount so we ask that noise be kept to a respectful level while in residence. In addition, please enter and leave the property quietly.
